The Power of Breath with Carolyn Cowan is a series of Kundalini Yoga master classes.

15% Early Bird discount until March 20

In this series, we will explore the ecstatic elements of the Kundalini Yoga practice through its use of breath. The series is composed of three morning sessions, culminating into a day-long exploration of Pranayama.

Together we will experiment with posture to expand the lung capacity and neutralise the emotional self. We will literally play with altered states of being through the different breathing techniques.

Carolyn Cowan, a charismatic & elevating Kundalini yoga teacher, psychotherapist and former addict.

The series is open to practitioners and beginners alike. The series doesn’t fit pregnant women.
