Anna in her own words:
Born and raised in Athens, it was in 2010 when I realized that I had enough of the big-city lifestyle and needed some time off. I yearned for simplicity, for a new place to live and to be closer to nature. I decided to quit my job as a mechanical engineer and to follow my soul’s calling, moving to the island of Paros.
I’ve been always looking for ways to keep active and inspired. Yoga, running, cycling, swimming, scuba diving, sailing, kickboxing are just a few of the activities I am engaged with regularly. Continuously expanding my knowledge and especially researching for self-knowledge, inspires my Yoga practice.
My practice embodies yoga postures (asanas), breath work (pranayama) and meditation. My intention and training objectives for my students are to help gaining flexibility, strength, awareness and to achieve the sense of balance during the class as well as in their lives off the mat.
