It involves a series of controlled movements that engage both your body and mind.
Thalia Venieri is a well experienced Pilates teacher. During her 19 years of experience as a dance teacher and 22 years as a personal trainer, she developed her own system of a safe and effective way of exercising, toning, stretching and strengthening the whole body.
Suitable for men and women of all ages, it gives flexibility, control, stability, improves posture and elongates the spine.
