Osho Active Meditation
Osho Active Meditations have been scientifically designed by Osho over a period of time, to enable us to consciously express and experience repressed feelings and emotions, and learn the knack of watching our habitual patterns in a new way.
There are several Osho Meditations such as Osho Dynamic Meditation, Osho Kundalini Meditation or Osho Nataraj Meditation, which are helpful tools to let go of our inner tensions, so we will be able to access our inner place of silence.
The main focus at Tao´s is on Osho Kundalini in the afternoon.
Osho Kundalini Meditation is a one hour active meditation, best done at sunset or in the late afternoon. Being fully immersed in the shaking and dancing of the first two stages, helts to “melt” the rock like being, wherever the energy flow has been repressed and blocked. Then the energy can flow, dance and be transformed into bliss and joy. The last two stages enable all this energy to flow vertically, to move upwards into silence. It is a highly effective way of uwinding and letting go at the end of the day.
