Tao’s Center is hosting Nehama Sahar & Liora Liberman for their Vinyasa Yoga Retreat.
The retreat sessions will offer asana practice, meditation, pranayama and philosophy of Yoga. In between the sessions, you can explore the sandy beaches, the picturesque villages or simply relax by the pool.
The 4-day retreat daily schedule includes morning & afternoon sessions followed by brunch & dinner, and free island time. Check this link for a detailed schedule.
Nehama & Liora are teaching Yoga since 2017, combining Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga. They are teaching – separately and together – group and individual lessons and leading retreats in Israel and around the world.
