Tao’s Center is hosting Suzanne Corca & Ramona Amann for their Yoga & Dance Journey.
The journey offers a unique combination of Yoga practice together with Dance & Movement exploration. Morning Yoga is the spirit of Hatha & Vinyasa while afternoon is Yin. The Dance sessions draw from contemporary, improvisation and expressive dance.
The 5-day journey daily schedule includes morning, noon & afternoon sessions, both indoors and outdoors, together with breakfast & lunch. Check this link for a detailed schedule.
Suzanne is a certified Yoga teacher since 2022, teaching group sessions in Switzerland & around Europe.
Ramona is a certified Dance teacher. As a cultural educator, she is using dance as her tool, guiding participants from all ages in sessions and workshops, in Switzerland, Germany & Greece.
